  14/05/09 Fine Cuts 2008 sponsorship considered a fantastic venture. 03/05/09 Baron Racing take title lead in EPEC with win at Teeside 6hr. Baron Racing have started the season as they mean to go on. A win at the first round of the European Endurance Kart Championship is exactly what team boss Richard Campion threatened and that is what the team produced. Joining Jeremy in the team is Tom Campion and Keiran Brookfield all drivers with a wealth of experience in many different kart formulae. Posting competitive and consistent times is Saturday practice looked good for a positive performance in qualifying. Jeremy took pole position by just under 1.5 tenths of a second setting a blistering pace. On race day, the weather had taken a turn for the worst. That meant a radical re-think on the chassis setup. It turned out that a gamble,using the full dry setup expecting the conditions to change, would be the right decision. Leading form pole position Jeremy took full advantage of an open track and pulled out a lead of nearly a lap over the rest of the field in a 1 hour 50 minute stint. Whilst both Keiran Brookfield and Tom campion consolidated the teams position, with pace setting and consistent times, the remaining quarter of the race was to produce a solid fight to the chequered flag. A chase to re-take the lead after the final pitstop and a charge to the flag that saw Baron Racing come home with a healthy 13 second gap back to second place, collecting the fastest lap of the race in the process. This leaves them heading to the next round with a 9 point lead in the championship.
01/04/09      Jeremy joins Baron Racing again for 2009 Endurance Kart Championship.
 
Jeremy has continued his relationship with Endurance Kart Racing champions Baron Racing, bringing his association with the team to almost 14 years. Since Jeremy’s early career in car racing, he has also driven for Baron Racing both in the U.K. and across Europe. Partaking in a number of titles throughout the years. In 2009 the team’s plan is to take part in the European Endurance Kart Championship and also part of the Dutch Endurance Kart Championship where ever possible.
